60 per cent of our body fluid. And when the body decreases the amount of water, then is our dehydration. Usually from the body in urine, sweat and water flows through the toilet.
So we need to eat plenty of water to prevent loss. Drinking plenty of water in small doses, it is the loss despite severe loss treatment if it becomes necessary.
What is the loss?
Doctors, diarrhea, excessive heat from the sun, plenty of time to sweat out the extra exercise and diabetes can also be caused if the loss.
What are the symptoms of dehydration?
1. Heavy water is thirst.
